Refund Policy

Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all sales on Darkz.in are generally considered final. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we handle refund requests fairly on a case-by-case basis.

You may request a full or partial refund in the following situations:

• Product out of stock — If your order was paid but we are unable to deliver the product because it is out of stock.
• Unable to deliver — If we are unable to provide the purchased product for any reason on our end (e.g., supplier issues, technical failures).
• Invalid or faulty product — If the delivered product (key, credential, license, etc.) does not work as described at the time of delivery.
• Duplicate order — If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product due to a system error.
• Wrong product delivered — If you received a different product than what you ordered.

• You changed your mind after receiving the product.
• You failed to save or copy your delivered product and it is no longer accessible on the invoice page.
• The product was used, redeemed, or activated after delivery.
• The product stopped working due to actions on your end (e.g., violating the product provider's terms).
• Your payment expired because you did not send the correct amount within the payment window.

1. Join our Discord server and open a support ticket.
2. Provide your Order ID and a description of the issue.
3. Include any relevant screenshots or proof if applicable.

• Refund requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
• Approved refunds are issued in Litecoin (LTC) to an address you provide.
• Refund amounts are based on the LTC value at the time of the original purchase.

In many cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund. If a replacement is available and resolves the issue, it will be provided as the first option.
