By accessing or using Darkz.in (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Darkz.in is a digital marketplace that sells digital products including but not limited to software licenses, game keys, premium accounts, and other digital goods. All products are delivered digitally — no physical goods are shipped.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• All payments are processed in Litecoin (LTC).
• A unique payment address is generated for each order.
• You must send the exact amount to the provided address within the 30-minute expiry window.
• Orders are automatically fulfilled once the blockchain transaction is confirmed.
• Expired orders cannot be recovered — please create a new order if your payment window lapses.

Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Delivery is provided via the order/invoice page and optionally by email. It is your responsibility to save or copy your delivered product immediately.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or products delivered to you. Darkz.in is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure delivered products.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Site or its services.
• Resell products purchased on Darkz.in unless explicitly permitted.
• Initiate chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes.
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Site.

All content on Darkz.in, including logos, design, and text, is the property of Darkz.in and may not be reproduced without permission. Products sold through the Site are subject to their respective publishers' terms.

Darkz.in is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products purchased. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
